What the service is

Universal Prompt Intelligence is a prompt compilation assistant for ChatGPT, together with deterministic counting and validation tools provided through an MCP validation server operated by the publisher. It helps turn rough ideas or existing prompts into model-ready prompts, and it can measure mechanical properties of text — such as counts — and report whether those measurements meet limits you specify.

Provided as-is, without guarantees

UPI and the validation server are provided “as is,” without guarantees of any kind.

Validation measures only the mechanical properties it reports. A passing result means the measured property matched the stated rule under the counting definition used. It does not guarantee output quality, and it does not guarantee that a prompt will produce compliant output from any model. Models can and do produce different output from the same prompt, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you use.

The publisher does not guarantee that the service will be available at any particular time, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

Acceptable use

You may use UPI for lawful purposes. You must not use it for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the validation server or any other system, or in any way that interferes with the service for other users.

You are responsible for the prompts and text you submit and for how you use the results.

Changes, suspension, and availability

The publisher may update, change, suspend, or discontinue UPI or the validation server at any time, with or without notice. These terms may also be updated; the current version will be posted at this URL with its effective date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — UPI or the validation server, including losses based on output produced by a model from a compiled prompt. If the publisher is found liable for any claim related to the service, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.

Other platforms

UPI runs in part inside ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's own terms, and your use of any other model or platform remains governed by that platform's terms.
